Martial arts experience starts from the age of 7 years old. For the 14 years of practicing Ms.Balaganskaya  is currently 1st Degree Black Belt in Songahm Taekwondo and Brown Belt Shotokan Karate Do. Have been practicing in Professional Competition Team for 10 years and successfully achieve high results by winning Tournaments in Russia and Europe.
Several times Finalist of International Shotokan Karate Tournament Krokoyama-Cup in Germany(over 1000 participates from all European countries). Several Times Winner of Official Russian Tournament. First place medalist in State tournaments for 7 years straight (2000-2007). In 2007 started working as Instructor.
From March 2011  Instructor-Trainee of ATA Pompano Beach.
