The tiny tiger program was developed specially for preschool aged children 3-6 years old. Children gain a very strong foundation that instills and reinforces the essential basics to ensure a successful start in life. Children are taught the proper ways to show courtesy, respect and disciple.
While the children are taught these life skills, their motor skills are practiced and improved. Students will learn to pay attention and follow directions through the same and fun instruction. The training for this age group is specially designed for this age group.
The program works alongside the tradition Karate for kids program that teaches the same themes and value system that will translate to all areas of their life.
Tiny Tigers have their own unique victory patch that they display on their uniform. This patch represents the concept of personal victory and gives space to display their victory stars. When tiny tigers do a good deed, or show a positive life skill they are rewarded with a star. Once enough starts are earned they can be promoted through the 4 different levels of Victory Pages.
The ranks (belts) and testings (promotions) are slightly different then those of the Juniors. The Tiny tigers earn up to 6 collectable animal patches to display on their belts. Once these patches are earned they are displayed on their belts. This help ensure the students don’t just fly through the ranks. Even though they are young, by the time they move up into the Junior class their rank will hold the same rank as the Juniors. The patches and belts go as follows:
Orange Belt
Orange Belt with a Tiger patch
Yellow Belt
Yellow Belt with Cheetah Patch
Camouflage Belt

Green Belt
Green Belt with Eagle patch
Purple Belt

Blue Belt

At the beginning and end of each class the tiny tigers recite their oath with the instructor.
Sir/ Ma'am!
I Promise to be a good person (right hand up, reinforced with the left)
With knowledge in the mind (hand points to head)
Honesty in the heart (hand over the heart)

and to get my black belt (using both hands to lift belt)
